What will happen in 2012
Hello.
I am interested in 2012, notably - the Mayan prophecy about the end of the world 12.21.2012. Many people talk about it now, besides, the movie comes out soon. I'm interested to read something about it. Disclosing this theme.
Advise me some articles please.
Thank you
What will happen in 2012? - Educated guesses please!
I suggest you look at Wikipedia - try Google. Predicting the future is a serious and complex matter when it comes to pressing global issues such as climate change, financial stability, etc etc and best achieved by well-qualified people rather than prophets - many of whom in the past have had egg on their faces when the world has stubbornly refused to end!
University of the People
Hi all,
University of the People, a tution- free university is starting with BA courses in Computer Science and Business Administration. The University is a non-profit one and its aim is provide education to those who can't get it for any reason.
Although the courses are not yet accredited and awards no degree but it will provide learning experience to those who cannot attend college.
I don't know whether one should enrol there or not. Will you please give guidance to those who are interested ..............
Thank You
University of the People
As this initiative has not yet got off the ground it's difficult to make any assessment but see Wikipedia's article. Not very much money is being asked for at present so you might conclude that there's little to lose by giving it a try.
Has anyone else more relevant information?
[Editorial note: this post and the one above have been moved from the forum (now closed) and so appears out of sequence!]
